Returns Policy
At Crua Outdoors®, we take pride in producing some of the most durable, comfortable, and innovative tents on the market—and we’re confident you’ll love them.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from cruaoutdoors.com, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll walk you through your options, including returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
- 100% refunds for unused items returned in original packaging.
- Used items may incur a 9%–23% restocking fee, based on condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

- Valid for 60 days from purchase date.
- Products must be clean, undamaged, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Returns with excessive wear or damage may be refused or incur restocking fees.
- Refunds issued within 14 business days after inspection.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping (we recommend using a trackable service).
- Not valid for damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible.

Warranty Policy
All Crua products come with a limited 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- Repair or replacement of defective parts or products.
- Coverage lasts 2 years from the purchase date or most recent replacement—whichever is longer.
- Applies only to products purchased directly from Crua or authorized dealers.
What’s Not Covered:
- General wear-and-tear from normal use
- Cosmetic issues (scuffs, fading, loose threads)
- Misuse, overloading, jumping, or incorrect use
- UV damage from long-term exposure
- Animal damage, sharp object punctures, fire burns
- Modifications or use outside intended purpose
- Guy rope or cord replacements
- Improper inflation or incorrect pump use
Proof of purchase is required to process warranty claims.

Tent Lifespan Guidelines
CRUA tents are built for recreational shelter—not for permanent residence. Lifespan depends on use, conditions, and care:

Light Use (1–6 trips/year, 2–3 nights/trip) | 3–5 years |
Moderate Use (6–10 trips/year) | 2–3 years |
Heavy Use (1+ week, 6+ times/year) | 1–2 years |
Extreme Use (daily use) | 6 months – 1 year |
Refurbished Tents
Refurbished tents follow the same use guidelines as new products. With proper care and storage, they can still provide years of comfort and performance.
Third-Party Purchases
- We do not accept returns for items purchased outside of cruaoutdoors.com.
- We do not accept exchanges for third-party purchases.
- We do not price match with dealers or other retailers.
