Campaign Duration

The Campaign duration will be displayed on the campaign page, unless extended by the Company.

Campaign Goal

The Company Goal is displayed on the relevant campaign page. The Company aims to raise funds for the development and production of the Product. The Company reserves the right to proceed with the Campaign even if the Campaign Goal is not met.

Pledge Levels

a. Pledge Levels are made voluntarily and do not entitle the contributor to any ownership or equity interest in the Company.

b. The Company accepts pledge levels via all available payment methods advertised on the checkout page.

c. Pledge Levels are non-refundable unless the Campaign is cancelled by the Company.

d. Pledge levels are set at a promotional price and are only valid for the product campaign duration and may be limited by the Company depending on the campaign success or product availability.

Product Specificartion

a. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Product as shown and described in the Campaign. However, final product specifications, design, and features may be subject to change.
b. The Company will communicate any material changes to contributors, including any significant production delays or challenges in product development.

Campaign Updates

The Company will provide regular updates on the Campaign's progress and any significant developments. Once the campaign has reached its goal or is closed, all further information will be communicated via the CRUA Help Center.

Cancellation and Refunds

a. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Campaign at any time for any reason. In the event of cancellation, contributors will be refunded their contributions. Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) days to process.

b. Once the campaign has been fully funded, and the backer has paid their pledge, no refunds will be issued.


Shipping and Reveiving

a. The expected shipping dates for the product are an estimate only and likely to change, sometimes significantly. Expected dates are shown in the CRUA Help Center.

b. Shipping is not covered in the pledge cost and will be calculated at checkout.

c. All taxes and duties for countries outside of the United States and EU member countries are the responsibility of the backer.

d. When receiving the product, it is the backers responsibility to unpack and check the contents of their purchase. Should the backer believe that there is a missing item, they need to report this to our Customer Service Team within 14 business days. After this time, the Company will do their best to accommodate any missing items but will result in an additional charge to the backer.


Returns and Warranty

Unless otherwise specified on the campaign page, once the customer has received the purchase, our standard policy applies.
