CARE & MAINTENANCE TIPS
🧼 Cleaning Your Noir 6 Inner Culla
Your Noir 6 Inner Culla is designed to provide insulated comfort and temperature control, ensuring a cozy sleep environment wherever you camp. To keep it in top condition, proper care is essential. Follow these steps to clean, store, and maintain your Noir 6 Inner Culla so it lasts for years of adventure.
1. Shake Off Dirt & Debris
- Before packing, shake out any dirt, dust, or leaves.
- Use a soft brush or cloth to remove any stubborn debris.
2. Spot Clean Only - No Washing Machines!
- Use a damp cloth, lukewarm water, and mild soap (no harsh detergents).
- Gently wipe down dirty areas on both the interior and exterior.
- Avoid excessive moisture, as the insulation works best when dry.
3. Air Dry Completely
- Set up your Inner Culla fully open in a well-ventilated area.
- Let it dry completely before packing to prevent mold and odors.
- Never use a dryer, hairdryer, or direct heat source to speed up drying.
🌡️ Maintaining Insulation & Floor Protection
Learn how to care for your insulation and protect the waterproof floor of your Noir 6 Inner Culla to keep it in perfect condition
1. Keep It Dry
- The insulation works best when dry—moisture buildup can reduce efficiency.
- If the tent becomes damp, air it out as soon as possible.
2. Protect the Waterproof Floor
- The 210D Oxford floor with PU 3000mm coating is highly durable, but sharp objects can still cause damage.
- Always clear the ground of rocks, sticks, and debris before setting up.
3. Refresh Insulation if Needed
- If the insulation feels compressed over time, allow it to fully expand by leaving the Inner Culla open for a few hours before use.
⛺ Storing Your Noir 6 Inner Culla Properly
Discover the best way to pack, store, and protect your Inner Culla from mold, mildew, and fabric damage.
1. Always Store It Dry
- A damp Inner Culla = trapped odors and potential mold.
- If you must pack it damp, open it to air dry as soon as possible.
2. Fold It Gently – No Overpacking
- The pop-up frame makes setup easy, but forcing it into a tight space can warp the structure.
- Follow the proper folding technique (as shown in the instructions) to keep the frame in good shape.
3. Store in a Cool, Dry Place
- Keep it out of direct sunlight when stored long-term to prevent material degradation.
- A closet, garage, or gear storage area works best—avoid humid basements or attics.
🚨 Avoiding Common Noir 6 Inner Culla Care Mistakes
❌ Never machine wash or submerge the Inner Culla in water.
❌ Don’t store it damp or tightly compressed for long periods.
❌ Avoid rough handling that could damage the pop-up frame.
❌ Keep away from direct flames or heat sources.
By following these simple care tips, your Noir 6 Inner Culla will keep providing warm, insulated comfort for all your camping trips! 🏕️😴

SAFETY GUIDELINES
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As we've covered care instruction, safety and setup above we will focus here on the why questions on design elements and various other topics we have encountered.
Can my Noir 6 Inner Culla be used on its own?
No, the Noir 6 Inner Culla is not a standalone tent—it’s an insulated inner tent designed to be used only with the Noir 6 Tent. While it helps regulate temperature, it is not waterproof or windproof on its own, so it needs an outer shelter for full protection.
Why use vents if it’s for insulation?
Good question! While the Inner Culla traps heat in cold weather and keeps it cool in warm conditions, ventilation is still essential to prevent condensation buildup. The strategically placed vents allow moisture to escape while still maintaining thermal efficiency.
Does the Noir 6 Inner Culla block sound?
The Inner Culla slightly reduces decibel levels, helping dampen outside noise. However, it is not designed for full soundproofing. To completely block sound, you would need specialized materials with mass-loaded barriers, which are not practical for a camping tent.
Does the Noir 6 Inner Culla help in hot weather too?
Yes! While it’s designed for insulation in cold weather, the breathable materials also help regulate heat in warmer climates by blocking direct sunlight and maintaining a stable internal temperature. Pair it with good airflow or AC for the best results.
