FAQ'S

Is the Tri waterproof?

The Tri is waterproof up to a rating of 3000HH and windproof, and is designed to withstand moderate weather conditions.

How does the insulation work?

When it's cold outside, the heat is produced through body heat or a portable heating solution. The insulation acts like a barrier limiting heat loss. When it’s hot outside, the insulation acts as a barrier to keep hot air out and cool air trapped or produced by a portable A/C in. CRUA insulation has a thermal conductivity of 0.03 W/(m.K).

Does the Tri come with a groundsheet?

The Tri, Quad, Loj & Cottage tents have a built in groundsheet. The Tri tent also comes with an extra porch groundsheet. 

What is the Return Policy?

Is there a Warranty with the Tri?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. After use, remove all accessories before cleaning the product.
2. Separate the inner tent from the outer tent shell.
3. Gently brush off and shake out any sand and/or dried-on dirt. Keep sand/dirt out of the teeth of the zippers.
4. Spot-clean the inner and outer tent sections first, then COLD HAND WASH ONLY, if necessary.
5. FLAT DRY the inner tent and FLAT DRY OR LINE DRY the outer tent shell completely, then close all doors, windows, and vents before storing it away.
6. Store the product in a dry/cool place, away from direct sunlight.

USE a soft towel or sponge to brush out and clean the product only.

USE a silicone-based water-repellency treatment on the outer tent shell only, as needed to maintain your product.

DO NOT use a brush or other hard/abrasive objects to clean the product.

DO NOT spray insecticides or bug repellent directly on the fabric. This may damage the water-repellent treatment.

DO NOT use soaps and detergents on the product, as they may damage your tent’s water repellency. USE water only. 

DO NOT bleach. DO NOT iron. DO NOT wring. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT dry clean.

AVOID placing heavy items directly on top of the packed product. 

KEEP AWAY from any heat sources. The inner tent is CPAI-75 compliant, but not fireproof. The outer tent is CPAI-84 fire resistant, but not fireproof. Heat will damage the product.
