Will the Stand be completely stable?

The Convertible Stand has a tiny wobble, and it is completely normal. If you are unsure, or concerned, please reach out to us with a video on our Contact Form, and we will check it for you.

Can I use other tools than the ones provided?

If you trust your spanner more than the one provided, feel free to use them tightening those screws!

What is the Return Policy?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before use, please be sure to follow all set-up and safety instructions for your stand..
2. Ensure that the hammock or hanging chair stand is on a flat, stable and level surface.
3. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened, check all nuts, bolts, and other connection periodically or any time you move the hammock or hanging chair stand to ensure they did not loosen as this can cause significant risk.
4. Stands are meant for sitting/laying. DO NOT jump or swing aggressively.
5. DO NOT allow children to assemble any stand or to hang a chair or hammock.

USE a soft towel or sponge to brush out and clean the product only.

DO NOT use soaps and detergents. USE water only. 

AVOID placing heavy items directly on top of the packed product. 

KEEP AWAY from any heat sources. Heat will damage the  product.
