Shipping and Delivery Policy of Crua Outdoors

Free Shipping 

Where possible, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 in the USA. Any shipping fees that may apply will be calculated at checkout. Please note, any items shipped outside of the USA may incur customs and duties fees. These fees are outside of the shipping fees collected by Crua. Crua Outdoors does not have any control over when those fees are assessed or required. Customs and duties fees are the customer's sole responsibility and are paid directly to the local/international carrier or your local Governmental Authority.

Please Note* Crua AER and Crua AER Maxx are excluded from any free shipping promotions. *Free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Fees for these states will be calculated at checkout.

We aim to fulfil delivery within 4 days of the order. Your order will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on arrival. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to proceed. For more remote locations, please allow a little longer for delivery.

Orders ship Monday - Friday excluding any federal holidays.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number, which you can track via the couriers website (DHL, UPS, USPS).
