I'm from Sweden but will write this in English. I bought the Duo Maxx and Culla Maxx. I had a problem with the Culla's inner poles, specifically the back wall pole as it was nearly impossible to insert the pole, support (Viki) showed me a trick she's been using. She sent me a personal video. It was a very out-of-the-box thinking however when I tried her method I shaved off a chunk of material because the fit was very tight for me. Viki asked if I wanted a new pole that was slightly shorter but it was with a shipping fee to Sweden for €17. I just cut the pole by 2,5cm and that fit perfectly. Viki said 'You know what, I'll send you the pole anyway without charge'. It's to be 2cm shorter than 110cm originally. Awesome girl and her voice is nice to listen to lol.
