Is the product waterproof?

The product is water resistant, but not waterproof. Please use an outer tent or a tarp in rainy/damp conditions.

Does the Culla Haul Maxx come with a pump?

The Culla Haul Maxx does not come with a pump. You can purchase a compatible, double-action CRUA™Pump if you do not have one.

How does the insulation work?

When it's cold outside, the heat is produced through body heat or a portable heating solution. The insulation acts like a barrier limiting heat loss. When it’s hot outside, the insulation acts as a barrier to keep hot air out and cool air trapped or produced by a portable A/C in. CRUA™ insulation has a thermal conductivity of 0.03 W/(m.K).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. After use, remove all accessories before cleaning the product.
2. Gently brush off and shake out any sand and/or dried-on dirt. Keep sand/dirt out of the teeth of the zippers.
3. Spot-clean the product first, then COLD HAND WASH ONLY, if necessary.
4. FLAT DRY the product completely, then close all doors, windows, and vents before storing it away.
5. Store the product in a dry/cool place, away from direct sunlight.

USE a soft towel or sponge to brush out and clean the product only.

DO NOT use a brush or other hard/abrasive objects to clean the product.

DO NOT use soaps and detergents as they may damage your tent’s water repellency. USE water only. 

DO NOT bleach. DO NOT iron. DO NOT wring. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT dry clean.

AVOID placing heavy items directly on top of the packed product. 

KEEP AWAY from any heat sources. The inner tent is CPAI-75 compliant, but not fireproof. Heat will damage the  product.
