Comfortable - Our new spreader bars were designed to clip under the hammock. This means nothing gets in your way. Use our tabs, located at the side of the hammock to guy out to the ground and ensure optimum flat-lay positioning.

Is this Version 1 (V1) or Version 2 (V2) of the Koala Maxx? 

This Koala Maxx is Version 2 (V2). It comes with spreader bars that can be attached and detached from the bottom of the hammock.

Can Koala Maxx fit two people?

The Koala Maxx was designed to fit two people comfortably, not exceeding the weight limit of 450lbs/205kg.

Can the Koala Maxx be used with any stand on the market?

The Koala Maxx was designed to fit most stands on the market including CRUA's Hammock Stand and the Convertible Stand. Please reach out to your stand manufacturer for further information.

What is the Return Policy?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. After use, remove all accessories before cleaning the product.
2. Gently brush off and shake out any sand and/or dried-on dirt. Keep sand/dirt out of the teeth of the zippers.
3. Spot-clean the product first, then COLD MACHINE WASH ONLY, using mild detergent, if necessary.
4. FLAT OR LINE DRY the product completely before storing it away.
5. Store the product in a dry/cool place, away from direct sunlight.

USE a soft towel or sponge to brush out and clean the product only.

DO NOT use a brush or other hard/abrasive objects to clean the product.

DO NOT bleach. DO NOT iron. DO NOT wring. DO NOT tumble dry. DO NOT dry clean.

AVOID placing heavy items directly on top of the packed product. 

KEEP AWAY from any heat sources. This product in not fireproof. Heat will damage the product.
