When gale-force winds start to blow in, you need to make sure your tent is pegged securely to the floor. Watching your tent fly through the air is a camping killing experience no one should go through.

To avoid being in this situation, you need the right tent pegs for the job. And this is why we created these heavy duty Crua Storm stakes - also we believe the best stakes for sand.

The storm stakes are crafted with a super-strong aluminium alloy, so they don’t bend when inserting them into the ground. We also tested them on soft soil, snow, and sand to ensure they are a suitable stake anchor.

You get five stakes in the pack; each peg is 12.2 inches and comes with six adjustment holes to make your life easier.

We didn’t want the stakes to take up too much room in your bag, which is why we use a curved design. The curved feature helps the stakes fit together neatly.

With the Crua storm stakes, you’ll never have to worry about your tent collapsing or blowing away. Harsh weather conditions are no match for the anchoring power we provide.

Great piece of kit.

They are great and they are lightweight, so won't increase the weight of my tent by much. Very strong and reliable and holds well in all sorts of ground. The superior design makes them very sturdy and almost impossible to bend, which is definitely a massive bonus. Overall, I am pleased with these, they will do the job nicely, and I've no complaints. Highly recommended.

Keeps you where you need to be

They are light but very strong and stay put even in mushy ground and high winds.

4.0 out of 5 starsGreat for general use!!

If it says Crua....you need it. I will say these tend to curl a bit at the top but it hasn't been a problem so far.

Crua!!

These stakes are great for general use, however they get four stars for a few reasons:Pros:1. The round curvature makes them easily stackable, and easier to pack together in a backpack2. The length allows you to drive the stake in deep for no movement3. The aluminum is lightweight yet and has mild strength4. Easy to clean5. Easy to see and find so they won’t be left behind6. The holes allow for different lashing heights for ropesCons:1. Needs a bit bigger lip at the top to comfortably drive into the ground. In frozen or rocky ground the top lip starts to fold over from hammering on them. A bigger lip at the top would also help with pulling the stake out. A simple paracord rope tied through the top hole could be provided to help with pulling them out of the ground.2. With constant use (especially in rocky or frozen ground), the finish will begin to wear off3. Could be a little more affordable
